Brought a new product to market for the institutional crypto / digital asset ecosystem.Previously led strategy and growth initiatives for PolySign in the crypto / digital asset, investment fund, and capital market arenas. Throughout my career, I've had extensive exposure to hedge, venture capital, private equity, and fund of funds. This included the due diligence of fund managers, institutional sales, cap intro, ISDA agreement support, and the preparation of regulatory filings for SEC / public reporting. I also have valuation experience ranging from public securities, thinly traded securities, as well as hard to value private offerings. My knowledge of a wide-range of investment fund structures in the alternative investment industry has been used to support the expansion of product adjacent service offerings to compliantly guide institutions, private funds, and the investment advisor community with their digital asset needs.I started my career at Rothstein Kass (which was later acquired by KPMG). I left KPMG to go to BDO, where I was the National Financial Services Business Development Manager. After a successful stint of contributing to the growth of a national alternative investment practice, I made the switch to Litman Gregory, a boutique asset management firm with over $10 billion under management. I joined LG in 2015, doing institutional sales and supported capital raising for the fund business unit. My working experience led to my appointment as the Manager of Data Analytics for the firm's investment funds and proprietary portfolios. I supervised the trading of the proprietary portfolio models and prepared advanced analytics for the research team on various investments. This led me to automating the majority of our vendor relationships (M*, Bloomberg, State Street) for the simplification of operations and integrity of data. I left to focus on new technologies (i.e. blockchain, digital assets, distributed ledger technology, and their ecosystems) and built out Armanino's digital asset practice 25x in a couple years. I've brought my combined operational tradfi experience and several years of supporting the top fund managers and projects in crypto to MG Stover to build better middle office solutions.
