As the team leader, I held the important role of building an IT Team. I work with three different facilities, not only to build the team but also to maintain the network. My associates/customers rely on me and I always put their needs above my own. I work with Japanese associates and computers on a regular basis and this has challenged me to improve my communication abilities, which I feel is one of my strengths. • Skills I have gained at FCC are communication, leadership, diligence, intuition, managing a budget, and making key business decisions as well as computer experience in which I feel I am well versed.• Designed and maintained servers: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, SQL 2005/2008, Exchange 2007, Group Policy, Websense, All Microsoft Platform applications, and Disaster Recovery procedures.• When I arrived at FCC, there were approximately four very old servers. I helped redesign the infrastructure with a limited budget and created a one-domain network among the three facilities. This allowed for better communication and sharing of knowledge. These three companies operated as separate entities at that time. We are now operating as FCC (North America). I have influenced and advanced the business as a whole.

ConsultingMost of my computer knowledge started here. I developed as a technician and a consultant. My responsibilities included sales (new business), networking design, developing relationships with customers, and general system administrative duties and support.• Worked with small business owners to develop goals and provide support for their facilities.• No problem went unsolved. I can and will find a solution to everything given enough time.• Gained confidence in IT, learned networks "on the fly", and worked with programmers to develop software solutions for clients.• Support hardware for residential customers• Maintained over 35 networks both proactively, and reactively• Help Desk support for challenged associates• Installed and Initiated Sharepoint services for both internal communication and client support• Developed copywrited backup process (DataGuard™) which was an online backup provided to our clients.• OEM Computer builds for residential and business clients (built to suit).
