I am Keerthana, an MBA graduate from ISSM Business School with a specialization in Finance and Marketing. I completed my undergraduate studies at Mahalashmi Women's College of Arts and Science.During my MBA program, I engaged in a variety of projects that broadened my expertise. Notably, I conducted an industry analysis focusing on HR, Finance, Marketing, and General Management using Power BI for data visualization and presentations. In a project called "Hitting the Field," I successfully approached local businesses to sell products at least five times their original price. Another project, "Business Explorer," involved analyzing street vendors' business strategies and profit margins, followed by providing actionable suggestions for improvement.In my undergraduate studies, I participated in a product innovation competition where I earned third place for my product, Chekku Oil. I also completed courses in Six Sigma and Zoho Books, which enhanced my analytical and managerial skills.I recently completed an internship at Zielhoch, a service-based company in the BFSI sector, where I worked as a Marketing and Finance Intern. My responsibilities included building customer relationships, explaining various insurance policies, calculating taxable income and pay slips, and reporting daily updates on stock market indices and gold rates to my reporting manager.One of my key strengths is Time management, allowing me to effectively organize and utilize my time. However, I acknowledge that my tendency to focus intensely on one task at a time can sometimes limit my multitasking abilities.I am passionate about finance due to my love for numbers and their critical role in decision-making.
