I am a dedicated Materials Science and Mechanical Engineer with experience in assembly and quality engineering across manufacturing and automotive sectors. With a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and currently pursuing an M.Tech in Materials Science and Technology at the Central University of Tamil Nadu, I combine theoretical knowledge with hands-on skills.My career spans product development, prototype assembly, quality management, and cross-functional coordination. I am passionate about materials science’s role in innovation and solving engineering challenges. My studies focus on how material creation processes affect structure, properties, and performance, enabling me to contribute to new material and technology development.I have in-depth knowledge of material properties, application-specific material selection, and processing techniques. My mechanical engineering background provides a strong foundation in fluid, solid, and thermal mechanics. Hands-on experience in fabrication techniques like drilling, cutting, tapping, and welding ensures precision in tasks. As a Quality Engineer at Infac India Pvt Ltd, I managed CAPA, inline issue resolution, and rejection rate reduction, boosting production efficiency.At AB Transteknics, I worked with teams to develop prototype and production parts, utilizing fabrication techniques to ensure efficient workflow. Projects like a multipurpose agricultural machine during my studies honed my design and project management skills. My M.Tech research delves into material structures and performance, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.I completed the DACE program, enhancing my analytical skills and broadening my knowledge in history, geography, and political science, enriching my engineering problem-solving capabilities. My internship review papers on TiO2 nanotubes and high entropy alloys advanced my understanding of material performance and applications.Proficient in fabrication and quality management, I use engineering software for design and simulation and solve technical issues with effective countermeasures. My experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders improves my coordination skills.Outside of work, I play badminton, reflecting discipline and persistence.
