Keerthivasan (KV) is a HR Partner at Momentive, where he supports and manages HR responsibilities for Momentive Business Services – Global IT, Product stewardship, Global Shared Services, etc, operating from office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Prior to this, KV has been supporting & anchoring Site HR responsibilities for Momentive’s Manufacturing Facility (US based Speciality Chemicals Company) in Chennai for over 3.5 years. KV has completed his Bachelor of Science in Physics and Master’s in social work with HRM as specialisation. With over 4+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources and through Site HR lead/ partnership roles, KV has developed diverse experience spanning across Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Relations, Grievance Management, Local Hiring process, Employee Engagement, Statutory Compliance & Liaison with regulatory bodies, L & D, Community outreach, Welfare & Contract Labour Management, Security and Administration. KV is keen towards enhancing his expertise in HR domain & broadening his meaningful networks outside his current work by engaging in Professional HR forums. He currently serves as Youth Talent Council Member at NHRDN, Chennai Chapter. He frequently engages himself with Student community through offering Internship, Guest lectures, etc.
