Duties:Keep all storage areas clean and well organized, including the regulation of climatic conditions (temperature, humidity and lighting) All materials and equipment are to be properly protected, labeled and stored in an efficient mannerMaintain adequate stock of spares at predetermined stock levels Maintain an ongoing inventory, utilizing IFS data base management Prepare shipping lists, conduct receipt of goods check(s), and process Third Party charges and rebilling in a timely manner Maintain effective communication with offshore team members, onshore administration and procurement personnel as well as designated vendors Ensure material requisitions are accurate, timely, and reflect the request Provide regular updates of inventory levels for onshore and offshore stocks Generate and analyze reports to monitor inventory management and convey those results to management and ensure operational goals are achieved Identify and issue spare parts via IFSGood communications with various departments and management to ensure materials and equipment are sourced or repaired and back on rig to keep rig fully functional.
