After working 11 years at the police in the city of Utrecht (the last 4 years in a S.W.A.T. team) I decide that it was time to move on and enter the “business world”. (Basic and management police diploma) I started with 2 colleagues of the team a security company in The Netherlands in VIP protection and investigations. We traveled the world for this reason. (Basic and management certificates for the private security industry)In the month of march 1990 I travelled for the first time to Romania to advise companies on security matters. In 1991 I started with Romanian partners the company Hollrom SRL. The aim was to install security systems in banks, companies and houses. The company is still existing but changed after the year 1998 to other electronic products like frequency inverters, UPS units and soft starters. In 1992 I started with three other Romania partners the company Nordic International and we started the import of LINCO products in Romania bought in Holland at Koninklijke Brinkers Margarine Fabrieken BV. I started a transport company to transport our own goods. (diploma transport ondernemer.) In 1996, after selling about 6.000 ton per year, we started, together with Royal Brinkers production in Romania. The name of the factory was Margarom Srl. In 1999 I sold my shares in Nordic International Srl and Margarom Srl. In the year 2002 I became shareholder/partner in the first factory for the production of dry cat and dog food (petfood) in Romania. With my “Nordic” partners and other Dutch partners we received a PSOM subsidy from the EVD in Holland. The capacity of the factory was 25.000 ton per year. In this moment we invested in new production lines and the production is a lot higher. In this moment I am the owner of a company in Holland that is producing a natural product to enhance the growth of plants and animals named Agrivital BV
