Responsible for Change Management, Business Architecture and Governance for the Value Chains ‘General Lending’ and ‘Structured Finance’ within Wholesale Banking.These Value Chains have a world wide scope with the accent on the Netherlands, Belgium and Poland. The department counted 12 programme managers, 2 business architects, 1 governance officer and 1 secretary.Besides my job I filled in different roles, such as:• Chairman of the Change Advisory Team for the Value Chains mentioned• Member of the Value Chain meetings on tactical and operational level

Responsible for all projects and maintenance of IT Securities Retail for Postbank and ING Bank. The department counted 350 FTE maximum. I reduced the number of FTE to 180 FTE. I led a team of 4 teamleaders, 2 projectmanagers en 1 secretary.Besides my job I filled in different roles, such as:• Initiator to let business lines (front-to-end) work closely together. The result of this initiative was used to implement Value Chain Management.• Delegated sponsor to implement Prince2• Member of the Application Committee Securities within the European domain of Securities• Member of several Steering Committees• Member of an working group to set up scenario planning• As of 2004 deputy of the director IS SWB during his absence
