In my role as scrummaster I contribute to the effective and efficient execution of projects. I support the project teams in setting priorities and providing insight into status and progress. I have set up a scrumtool and a team of scrummasters to be able to support all our projects. As an improver I work on various improvement initiatives. Started cooperation with India office and have engineers of Frames India office involved in the design. Coaching design engineers and supporting in preparing personal development plans.
