Furthermore I have coordinated the SIT and UAT tests. HP-ALM was used to manage the tests. This is an application lifecycle management tool and is used to register requirements and tests. Furthermore the tests are executed also using HP-ALM. This enables traceability from defect to test and to the originating requirement.A number of scrum techniques was used for the development of the test scripts. Users from several departments were closely involved. I also have been responsible for resolving findings resulting from a penetration test on the online banking system of the legacy application. Several workstreams were setup to handle the transitions, I have been responsible for the ICT workstream.As such I have taken care for the planning and also the communication with the other workstreams, mainly Marketing and Legal. Furthermore I took care for the coordination of the work of the development and test team. Several changes, like coc-number, the commercial name and the logo, had to be changed in the main business platform and a number of satellite systems. It was essential that there would be no errors in the customer communication, for instance the customer website, dunning letters and banks statements. This test involved 20 business testers that validated the functionality of the legacy systems and its interfaces. o I organized the user tests fort he upgrade to Windows 7/Office 2010o Organization of the yearly contingency test at the CUC (Computer Uitwijk Centrum, KPN) in Lelystad.o I performed tests for the new version of the IFG web application. For this I received the IFG Recognition Award. IFG (now FCI) is an alliance of international factoring companies. o ‘Reversed Factoring’ is a new product that IFN wanted to introduce with Schuitema for the Dutch market.
