I am responsible for the Server Support team currently working for AAB. The main task is to create a new team consisting of a mix of people comming from the former three servicing companies.

At november 1st the work transfered from the bank to IBM.I still am responsible for the packaging team. In march the scripting team from AAB was added to the Ex-F team.

Due to the end of the existence of the former company name a small change. I manage the Business Windows Service team. This team provides all services related to Windows applications on server and workstation. The team consists of 20 people.

After the sudden separation of Fortis in october 2008 i manage the former Software Release Service team and the Business Windows Service team. These teams provide all services related to Wintel applications on server and workstation. The team consists of 22 people.

Within the Software Release Services department i am responsible for a team of 10 release coordinators. The team works in Amersfoort, Woerden,Brussels and Luxembourg. The team receives the requests from our internal customers and translates them to work packages for the packaging teams. They provide all communication between the customer and the technicians.

The IT department of Fortis is changed from a local organisation within three countries into a centrally managed global organisation. Due to the new situation the title has been changed to Systems Officer. I still act as a team manager. This reorganisation takes a few months. My job is still the same as before.

I manage a team of 18 packagers that are responsible for four platforms within Fortis Netherlands. We build all workstation related software with Seagate WinInstall and Wise Packaging studio and Adminstuio on Windows NT 4.0 and Windows XP. One of the main tasks is to migrate all applications from three platforms to the new global Fortis Xbow platform.
