- Keep the IMO crew- and pax list up to date.- Collect, file and provide client with project related information such as certificates en crew change info.- Keep cabin plan up to date.- Prepare and distribute port documents as assigned (IMO/FAL)- Keep victualing and IFS list up to date, including visitors - Keep Crew Schedule up to date- Manage the Bond Stores and register credit sails on payroll, end of the month closings with Master. - Maintain the bond stores cashbook. - Direct stewards for out of routine jobs.- Participate in weekly sanitation inspections and complete the log.- Make sure the IFS galley- and cabin orders are made in a correct way and send in time.- Liaise with all relevant parties (Crewing, agencies, site manager, etc ) for organizing a smooth crew change, mob/demob, monitor complete process and take action were needed. Make sure all on signers meet the project- requirements and also monitor the travel documents for crew.- Keep record of relevant crew documents and certificates.- Provide any administration support as directed by master.- Act as onboard training administrator.
