Starting in the Planning department at NBTel, I worked with a team to create new service offerings for the telco to innovate around their customers' experience. These offerings involved digital self-serve models and new enhanced features that built new revenue streams and greater customer loyalty. We formed a joint venture between NBTel, Nortel and Bell.
