• Part of the pioneer group of consultants to work on digital bank projects (licensed issued by BNM) in the area of operational readiness, implementation phase, project management office (PMO), etc.• Experienced in process redesign and transformation projects that performs mapping of end-to-end current state operational process flow for treasury & loan related products and identifying areas of improvement to increase operational efficiency & management of risks and controls. Thereafter, developing a future state operational/process redesign from front to back-office processes• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements and system implementation projects for a local development bank to replace its existing Core Banking, Finance/Procurement & Treasury system• Experience in assisting a local bank in tender and award stage (i.e., RFI/RFP) in its goal to replace legacy Core Banking system• Assist in proposal development and drafting for engagement pursuit in areas such as system implementation, operational risk, third-party risk management, business continuity management, etc.• Guide and aid junior consultants in understanding the methodology, tools, technology, and knowledge sources in the field of consulting• Supervises work prepared by junior professionals and provide constructive feedback and guidance on the quality outputs

Role Summary and Achievements: • Part of the pioneer team that engage with one of the largest Financial Institution in Malaysia to formulate a corporate-wide strategy, framework, short-term and long-term implementation plan• Experienced in performing gap assessment against regulatory requirements for local financial institution in relation to operational risk and third-party risk management (i.e., covers outsourcing, procurement of outsourcing service provider, and individual third-party relationships).• Experienced in desktop research on range of matters including industry standards and benchmarking against best practices in the local / overseas market.• Experienced in system tool / peer comparison and assist client in selection of vendors (i.e., systems tool enhancement). • Experienced in project management functions and manages end-to-end PMO related matters. Responsibilities include managing and developing project timeline and workplan, assisting in development of presentation materials, materials for stakeholder status update, and coordinating multiple workshops and client engagement sessions. • Supported a cross functional project on the development of strategy papers and framework in ensuring the alignment of the corporate and business strategy at the group level.
