I have achieved over 5000 calls helping claimants get the urgent help they need throughout the year, using my initiative to deliver real time help.Most calls resulted in a positive experience leaving most to have trust regained in Universal Credit when they had doubts nothing could be done.I achieved 100% on my calls from DPA to delivering excellent customer service.

I had a positive experience booking travel assistance for the disabled and elderly.I would report any critical data such as business expenses and book holiday packages to the isles of Scilly and the sleeper train from London to Cornwall.I would share my knowledge of how to fix a phone or how to manage bank issues the customers where grateful for this.Convey with managers new ideas for the workplace.I would achieve 100% on targets such as adherence, call markdowns and customer feedback.

Developed an Android mobile app which had a basic search function for products.Would find bugs and report the issues in great details, providing steps of how the issue was caused.I achieved the ability to publish apps on the Google play store.I had contributed to problems developers faces on the open source topics such as stack overflow.I have a very positive attitude wanting to learn more development skills as this was an exciting opportunity to learn new technologies. Seeing the product working live gave me that sense of joy that fuelled my ambitions to learn more.
