Fleet Manger Duties Include: Manage a fleet of 600+ copy machines located in various hospitals and locations Coordinate moves, sales and placement of new and old copiers Serve as a contact for all copiers in regards to customer problems and questions Retrieve an ongoing monthly meter collection for every machine Maintain proper level of toner inventory per hospital Daily and extensive use of Microsoft Excel and Outlook emailDocument Specialist Duties Include: Work in a print shop responsible for printing and maintaining documents for HCA hospital system and outlying locations Receive and properly execute order requests ranging from printing saved documents, scan and print, and special requests Ability to run Powerpress software that controls three high volume black and white printers Be able to find saved documents and update forms Daily customer contact when questions arise in regards to orders Work in binding to finish and send out the jobs after printing is finished Responsible for maintaining records of previous orders as well as a monthly report itemizing jobs finished
