Working for Tinuum has been rewarding and challenging in a very optimistic way for the last 2 years. Coming from a background completely different, I have been challenged in ways that have led to my growth in my problem-solving skill including Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic processes. I've also gained an excellent amount of knowledge using Microsoft Word and Excel, which is attributed to my organizational and managing abilites. - Operate and maintain the facility to meet the “coal up” requirements of a power plant. - Perform 30-minute visual inspections of equipment and facility to monitor and maintain proper and accurate application rates of products. - Maintain product storage pile to facilitate the requirement of a consistent product via inventory rotation. - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical failures and perform emergency repairs to mechanical, electrical, pumping, heating, and related equipment. - Perform preventive maintenance on all mechanical, pumping, heating, and related equipment. - Record accurate, timely data and feed rates for products and the operation of PLC/HMI systems.- Operate and maintain skid steer and other equipment.- Extensive knowledge of LOTO procedures.- Extensive knowledge of our HMI programs and software that operate our equipment remotely using PLC.
