Kim joins BraxtonCooper from the professional services industry, where she held leadership positions with Fortune 100 firms. Her experience as a hiring manager brings her insight into all 3 sides of the recruiting equation: the candidate, the hiring manager and the search entity. “My experience with recruiting firms soured me on the whole industry. Having dozens of unqualified resumes flying over the wall at me for every opening completely devalued search firms in my eyes.” Having become disenchanted with search firms, Kim recognized that BraxtonCooper was something special. She is now leveraging her experience as a consultant and a business executive in Professional Services, Technology and Energy firms to find exactly the right match for her clients at BraxtonCooper. “I hope that every candidate I place is such a great match that they never again come to me or any other search firm to look for a new job!
