Support & when appropriate, be involved in, disciplinary & grievance investigations/hearings as designated by HR Business Partner, to monitor & carry out sickness review for employees in conjunction with the line manager & assist in reviewing complex sickness absence cases leading to capability assessment, supporting & advising managers in the organization & external partners in employee relations matters under the guidance of HR Business Partner, Providing payroll information by collecting time & attendance records, maintains employee information by entering & updating employment & status-change data, maintains employee confidence & protect operations by keeping human resources information confidential, support the HR Business Partner in the tracking & monitoring cost leadership with respect to overtime, support staff & vacation days management, maintain quality service by following organization standards, carrying out first day induction for employees, assisting the HR Business Partner in developing initiatives to encourage good attendance at work, employee wellbeing & employee recognition scheme, to support the HR Business Partner systems, the learning & development business partner in delivering HR & IT training for the company in line with the company training plan & procedures, maintains employees file & HR filing system, assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR office, assist with recruiting & staffing logistics in the plant
