Omolara is driving success through Project Management. She leads a cross-functional team of 5 and over 50 volunteers @Youth Development Centre of Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library. She has an impressive portfolio of managing 8 Youth Governance Dialogues, reaching over 1.6, and conferences with high-profile attendances, such as Former President Olusegun Obasanjo, Prof. Pat Utomi, and Ayo Aderinwale. Omolara began her career in programs as a volunteer. Her creativity, eye for detail, and outstanding interpersonal skills pushed her up the leather earning multiple promotions within 6 years. Her private business, Mo Events, has also organized prominent events and helped bring clients' visions alive. She holds a Master of Business Management and the Women's Business Creator certificate. When not actively working or organizing events, Omolara enjoys participating in social and community development initiatives. She also volunteers with the American Window, Abeokuta.
