I have always been fascinated by how digital products have disrupted the way we live, and technology has played a significant role in these changes. This fascination led me to the tech space, and now I find myself on the path of product management. As a Product Manager with 1+ years of experience and 10+ years of experience in the tech industry, I have proven my ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and team collaboration. My experience from programs like Entry-level Product Management/Scrum Master programs, McKinsey Forward Program, Design Thinking with Acumen/IDEO.ORG, and Sidehustle UIUX Internship program has helped me develop these skills. As a Product Manager, I understand the importance of creating a product from ideas, mapping out users' pain points from that idea, and then creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that could be the product. This process is done with other designing teams, and as a PM, I must be the servant leader of the team. The MVP is a product development strategy that focuses on building the most essential features of a product to satisfy customer needs while minimizing risk and maximizing ROI. The MVP helps the product team receive user feedback as quickly as possible to iterate and improve the product. The MVP plays a central role in agile development, which is built on validating and iterating products based on user input. The MVP is the version of a new product that allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least amount of effort. As a PM, I must track the different stages of the product life cycle and the different metrics needed to monitor the product during that cycle with product lead growth as my procedure. I must also track how users interact with the product during their customer journey map. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong focus on user experience. I am also a skilled communicator and collaborator, and I am able to work effectively with people from all backgrounds. My Core Skills: Product Strategy, Product required document, Product Management, User Experience Design, Agile Development, Scrum, Kanban, Gamification, Jira, Figma, Miro, Whimsical, Mindmap, HTML Beginner Stage, Manual Software Tester Beginner Stage, Webflow, and Most CMS. Notion, Trello, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite, Discord and Slack, etc.My Personal Interests: Surfing the Internet, Football, Basketball, and Spending Time with Friends and Family.

The course was a 6-week program that covered the advanced concepts of product management, from creating key documents for every PM to launching products in the market. One of the most valuable things I learned in the course was how to create key documents for every PM. These documents include the product requirement document (PRD), the user story map, and the product roadmap/product strategy. These documents are essential for communicating the product vision to the team and ensuring that everyone is on the same page.I also learned how to understand the transition from discovery to the delivery phase. This is a critical stage in the product development process, as it is where the product team takes the insights from the discovery phase and turns them into a working product. I also learned how to use the iterative design process. This is a process of continuously improving the product based on feedback from users. I learned how to conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and incorporate that feedback into the design of the product and also learned how to sketch designs and user flows for my product. Finally, I learned how to create metrics and goals. This is essential for measuring the success of the product and ensuring that it is meeting the needs of the users. I learned how to create metrics using leading and lagging indicators, use OKRs to standardize company goals and create a plan to monitor performance post-launch.The Product Management Level 2 course was a valuable experience that taught me the advanced concepts of product management. MenteeEntrylevel May 2022 - Jun 2022Lagos State, NigeriaI was lucky enough to be selected as a mentee in the Product Management Level 1 course, led by David Wang, Group Product Manager at Linktree. I saw the opportunity in a tech slack group and we were given a link to fill out the scholarship Google form and my journey with enrtylevel.net began. The course was a 6-week program that covered the fundamentals of product management, from understanding the role and function of a product manager to developing new product ideas and validating them with customers, then the importance of understanding the product life cycle with the role in product development. We also learned how to question our assumptions and validate them with customers. This was an important lesson, as it taught us that it is essential to gather data and feedback before making any decisions about our products. We conducted market research, interviewed customers, and built MVPs (minimum viable products) to test our assumptions.Another important lesson I learned was how to prioritize and estimate features. We learned about various prioritization frameworks, such as the MoSCoW method and the ICE framework. We also learned how to evaluate the effort and value of features, which helped us to make informed decisions about which features to build. Finally, we learned about Lean Product Development and Agile. These methodologies help product managers to deliver value to customers more quickly and efficiently. We learned about the different phases of the product development lifecycle, and how to use sprints and epics to manage our work. In the end, we developed a portfolio for the whole experience, below is the link to my portfoliohttps://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1gELCCU05LmXDqpj2kDY_LLnHtAYrZcXm/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=112362045914470989792&rtpof=true&sd=true Show less -
