I have always been fascinated by how digital products have disrupted the way we live, and technology has played a significant role in these changes. This fascination led me to the tech space, and now I find myself on the path of product management. As a Product Manager with 1+ years of experience and 10+ years of experience in the tech industry, I have proven my ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and team collaboration. My experience from programs like Entry-level Product Management/Scrum Master programs, McKinsey Forward Program, Design Thinking with Acumen/IDEO.ORG, and Sidehustle UIUX Internship program has helped me develop these skills. As a Product Manager, I understand the importance of creating a product from ideas, mapping out users' pain points from that idea, and then creating a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that could be the product. This process is done with other designing teams, and as a PM, I must be the servant leader of the team. The MVP is a product development strategy that focuses on building the most essential features of a product to satisfy customer needs while minimizing risk and maximizing ROI. The MVP helps the product team receive user feedback as quickly as possible to iterate and improve the product. The MVP plays a central role in agile development, which is built on validating and iterating products based on user input. The MVP is the version of a new product that allows a team to collect the maximum amount of validated learning about customers with the least amount of effort. As a PM, I must track the different stages of the product life cycle and the different metrics needed to monitor the product during that cycle with product lead growth as my procedure. I must also track how users interact with the product during their customer journey map. I am a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong focus on user experience. I am also a skilled communicator and collaborator, and I am able to work effectively with people from all backgrounds.
