Naoc Oml 61 Samabri Cluster Oil Field Production-Flow Station, Bayelsa State, Nigeria

Currently leading operations and maintenance team tasked with the power generation; to ensure uninterrupted power supply at Nigerian Agip Oil Company wellheads/flow station. The equipment increases NAOC’s daily crude production by 70%. As such, the top on the priority of this operation is optimizing engineering, maintenance, construction and installation activities in order to achieve a zero facility downtime during production.KEY ACTIVITIES• Perform effective asset operations surveillance, report exceptions and steward preventative and corrective measures.• Provide engineering inputs to facility operating procedures and maintenance procedures.• Provide technical solutions to asset engineering problems, as well as writing technical reports on asset improvement.• Lead the team of operations and maintenance professionals to operate, maintain and service GE Jenbancher Gas Engines (Type 3, 4 and 6); Control and monitor the flow of power between generating stations to substations to ensure uninterrupted power supply at NAOC wells/flow station. This include valve Clearance, preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance on equipment.• Plan and organize maintenance work on GE Jenbancher Gas Engines and machineries as well as writing technical report on plant performance and optimizing efficiency.• Responsible for rotating equipment maintenance planning and execution (pumps, Air compressors, Gas compressors, valve and actuator etc) as well as installation and commissioning of new equipment.• Ensure all facility repairs and modifications are performed in competent manner following documented procedures and workmanship standards.• Perform QA and QC on mechanical/electrical component before and after disassembly to determine their re-usability. • Implement HSE policies, standards and procedures in routine and non routine tasks aimed at minimizing and eliminating HSE losses.
