General knowledge of teller operations, coaching the teller staff in sales and operational objectives, maintaining control of the cash vault and performing teller duties as required in an accurate and timely manner. Preparing incoming and outgoing cash shipments, training new associates, monitoring branch cash levels, maintaining branch inventory, scheduling prospect appointments either through initial contact or by follow-up phone calls, promoting and cross-selling bank products to enhance existing customer relationships, referring customers to other bank resources as appropriate for additional sales and service issues. Met teller referral goals and actively participated in sales promotions.

Preparing money orders, maintaining daily inventory in cash, credit cards, lottery tickets and also maintaining the lottery machines, organizing merchandise, handling incoming and outgoing merchandise. Assisting in the weekly inventory audits of the store’s merchandise.
