▪ Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the remote roadhouse, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities.▪ Supervise and coordinate staff members, including rostering, training and performance evaluations.▪ Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a professional manner.▪ Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed and maintaining adequate stock of food, beverages and other items.▪ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures and cleanliness standards.▪ Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and organise repairs or maintenance as necessary.▪ Assist with administrative tasks such as payroll processing, invoicing and record keeping.

▪ Responsible for supporting environmental monitoring activities to meet external regulatory conditions and internal reporting requirements. ▪ Support the delivery of internal and specialist environmental monitoring programs as per the Environmental Monitoring Schedule. ▪ Provide accurate environmental advice to the Environmental Superintendent and Senior Environmental Advisor as required.▪ Support audits of the company’s performance against relevant compliance requirements. ▪ Liaison with environmental laboratories, internal stakeholders and relevant consultants.▪ Provide mentoring and support to Environment Technicians and Officers within the Team.

▪ Developing reports and memorandums for internal reporting purposes▪ Promptly and accurately responding to interdepartmental information requests ▪ Collaborating on shared projects across teams and ensuring organisation goals are reached▪ Data management and entry into Monitor Pro software and Microsoft Excel ▪ Creating internal safe work procedures and job safety assessments▪ Actively participating in cultural workshop opportunities organised by community department ▪ Regularly completing safe work observations and environmental inspections

▪ Drafting notification reports for external government bodies ▪ Reviewing documents and implementing comments and amendments from supervisors ▪ Communicating through Outlook, Microsoft Teams and CISCO Webex with colleagues working from home

▪ Undertake air quality monitoring, using depositional dust gauges, low volume air samplers, high volume air samplers, real time sulphur dioxide monitoring stations and PM10 continuous monitors in compliance with the Air Quality Management Plan.▪ Undertake groundwater monitoring using portable QED Sample Pro groundwater pump. ▪ Undertake natural surface water monitoring and artificial surface water monitoring, including water depth, field data collection and laboratory sample collection.▪ Sampling of in-situ tailings at the Tailings Storage Facility to inform site operations.▪ Calibration and maintenance of field data machinery (Hydrolab Quanta, YSI ProDSS).▪ Completion of potable water sampling for laboratory analysis and assessment of human health guidelines.▪ Participation in site safety initiatives, including the preparation of risk assessments, safety stops and pre-shift safety meetings.▪ Assisting and escorting consultants conducting biological surveys▪ Experience using Geographic Information Systems QGIS, MapInfo and ArcGIS

▪ Dispensing S3 medication using Chemist Warehouse dispensing program and OTC recommendations ▪ Ensuring all aisles and bays are compliant and up to date with recent catalogue▪ Managing and packing online click and collect orders within the required time frame

▪ Installation and maintenance of fencing to maintain 3,391 hectares of cattle exclusion area around the mine site in compliance with the Cattle Management Plan▪ Targeted control of declared weeds on the mining lease areas in compliance with the Weed Management Plan▪ Planting of trees and grasses on the McArthur River Channel as part of the long term Revegetation Program▪ Undertaking tasks in the on-site nursery, including preparing seeds for germination, potting on seedlings, preparing soil mixtures relevant to the species being propagated and managing stock levels to ensure seedlings are ready as required for revegetation activities▪ Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems (micro irrigation system within the Nursery and macro irrigation in revegetation areas)▪ Preparation and application of concrete works▪ Training and education of Indigenous Trainees through Borroloola School▪ Participation in site safety initiatives, including the preparation of risk assessments, safety stops and pre-shift safety meetings▪ Operation of 4WD vehicle off road in remote areas

▪ Receiving prescriptions and greeting patients▪ Communicating with Pharmacist ▪ Dispensing S3 medicine and OTC recommendations ▪ Competent in, Minfos, Fred Dispense and Office▪ Assisting customers with all enquires▪ Processing sales, cash transactions and balancing register ▪ Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of store▪ Conducting blood pressure checks as per request by customers ▪ Processing items through NDSS online portal
