Current-Designed Robotic cells for welding, grinding/deburring, router trimming, machine tending, and additive manufacturing processes-Designed End of Arm Toolings EOATs, welding and grinding jigs, part inspection equipment, and OSHA/RIA compliant safety fencing. Developed project Bills of Materials BOMs and 2D Mechanical fabrication, assembly, and field installation drawings.-Designed in Solidworks, Inventor using NASTRAN FEA and Hilti Profis concrete analysis-Live and offline programming of Yaskawa, ABB, Kuka, and Fanuc Robots using MotoSIM, RobotStudio, RobotMaster, and Octopuz.-Assisted in project management, scheduling, budgeting, and concept costing. Worked to request and qualify vendor quotes and to source all stages of the fabrication process.-Implemented best practices for fabrication and assembly teams.-Developed in-house engineering standards, including dimensional tolerancing.-Participated in and organized design reviews, FMEAs, and conceptual system design.-Reviewed mechanical drawings to ensure compliance with ASME Y14.5 and GD&T.
