I am a highly motivated individual who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. I have excellent sales and retail experience from having worked in the sector for nearly 10 years. Throughout my employment in retail, I was fortunate enough to take on roles within management which expanded my knowledge on customer service.I am currently working as an Open Water Scuba Diving Instructor and Sales & Marketing Specialist at Adang Sea Divers, in Koh Lipe, Thailand. Within my role as an instructor, I have been able to build upon current skills of team management, as well as adopt new skills of teaching. I take on great responsibility in this role and cater to all ages and abilities. I therefore withhold great patience and understanding. I have excellent organisational skills as I am constantly working under pressure, therefore ensuring the day runs smoothly is essential whilst adhering to a tight schedule.Being appointed as the teams Sales & Marketing Specialist has allowed me to develop excellent website design and editing skills. This role also allows me to create content such as graphic design for posters, and social media posts. I also take charge of customer acquisition and retention, admin, and accounts for the company.I have a Bachelors Degree in Biomedical Science, where I received a first class in my dissertation on public engagement with science and media. My degree helped me obtain knowledge and ability in medical writing.
