Over the past 10 years, there's been a significant shift to deeper, more intentional partnerships between companies and their charity partners, with a continued focus on both community benefit and brand building.In order to build sustainable and meaningful partnerships, both sides should genuinely understand the goals of the other, and recognise that successful relationships need shared ideas and objectives. Highly self-motivated and ambitious, I have a great eye for detail when developing and executing new partnerships. My personable and slightly crazy nature allows me to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Those engaged in partnership dialogue shouldn't be afraid to do their research, ask questions and provide honest answers.
