As Project Implementation Manager, I am responsible for all product roll outs and ensuring a smooth transition of handover from our product and development teams to our ops and commercial teams. My BAU activities include managing our active project plan, attending all daily technical stand ups and liaising with all departments of business to collaboratively release products to our dealers.Alongside my responsibilities as PIM, I also act as a product owner for new project initiatives, where oversee all steps of the product lifecycle.
