I graduated from the The College of Wooster in May of 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies. During my time there I served on the executive board of two clubs, including as President of the Living Wage Campaign. As a senior, I completed a thesis titled There's No Place Like Cohousing: A Study of the Location of Cohousing, where I analyzed the locations of 283 cohousing projects using ArcGIS and SPSS Statistics to determine where cohousing projects were emerging and what commonalities those areas shared. Also during that time I was a Research Assistant to Dr. Mareike Herrmann in the German Department. Post graduation I served as an Americorps Member with City Year Cleveland. As an Americorps Member I worked in the classroom as a mentor and tutor, and represented my team to our site as a Corps Council Representative. After completing my service year, I worked as an Office Assistant at Moskey Dental Lab, where I developed some lab skills including 3D printing and design. When the lab closed I was able to get a job temping as the interim Administrative Assistant to the Chief of Youth and Family Success at the City of Cleveland, where I now currently work as Special Projects and Data Coordinator in the Mayor's Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity for Youth and Young Adults as a full-time employee. With my current job I'm able to utilize my educational background in Urban Studies, my lived experience as an Americorps Member in a Cleveland Metropolitan School District School, and the skills I gained as a Research Assistant and Office Assistant.
