In my 10 years at Software for People we have taken core product from HR Employee Management system to be a fully integrated HRMS, Payroll, Workforce and Development, Vacancy Publications Applicant & Recruitment, Browser based Self Service for Employees and Managers.Improved and introduced new services to support the products we provide, from Implementation management, payroll services, system hosting and much more at the same time ensuring the standard quality and variety of services we have to offer to our clients and other organisations remains high and in keeping with their expectations.Processes have been introduced to ensure communications internally, with clients and other organisations are clear and maintained. Poor communications result in poor practice and business.Introduced processes to ensure client and business expectations are achieved.
