I am in charge of the payroll for doctors in Anesthesia, Sub Specialty Docs, Family Practice, Pediatrics, Surgery, and Internal Medicine that are involved in locum tennons. Along with billing hospitals for using our locum tennon physicians. I have close relationships with physicians. I coordinate/make payments for airline tickets, hotel stays, rental car usages. I deal with very crucial deadlines and am involved in close team work throughout the company.

In order to be referred to this position my supervisor’s boss’s boss had to request me specifically. I had to be able to negotiate and build very close relationships with facility managers and doctors in order to be entrusted with patient information. I was not only able to be the one to call and request access to facilities EMR systems I was able to be one of the agents to process the records and retrieve them electronically. I worked closely with Word and Excel. This was also an extremely new position so I had the great opportunity to help manage and figure out what helped and what did not. I helped come up with forms and processes that helped stay organized and efficient. I received great leadership recognition as well.
