Provide a quality placement support service to Carers and the children in care, delivering accurate and relevant responses to their enquiries and concerns. 6. Work with the Placement Support Workers to assist carers to resolve specific care-related issues promptly, in a manner that positively contributes to the Carer/Service relationship. -
