With over 22 years of work experience in the hospitality and construction industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Operations Performance Analyst at MGM Resorts International. I have a strong background in business administration, management, and operations, and I am currently pursuing an Associate of Science degree in Business. My mission is to leverage technology and innovation to improve performance and efficiency for accounting and construction job site operations. I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that shares the same vision and values of delivering exceptional service and quality to our clients and stakeholders.In my current role, I manage Procore, a construction management platform for MGM Resorts Design & Development, and oversee the integration of a custom-built API between Procore and Oracle Cloud Fusion. I also review and present new technologies to MRDD to enhance their capabilities and processes. Additionally, I assist with all construction contracts, change orders, and purchase orders for the buy out and close out of all projects. Through these responsibilities, I have developed and demonstrated skills in hospitality, resorts, office administration, project management, software implementation, data analysis, communication, and problem-solving. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges that can help me grow and contribute to the success of the organization.
