In the Americas Region we also have business operations in Canada, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.• Manage full life cycle recruitment process for management and non-exempt level roles for Fort Worth, TX location • Promote Mercedes-Benz Financial Services as an employer of choice to prospective talent and networking with industry contacts by attending talent acquisition activities such as career fairs, diversity events, and professional organization events• Adhere, guide and educate business leaders on Talent Acquisition process and applicable laws• Uphold strict confidentiality specific to talent planning and organizational design• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners to determine current and future talent acquisition needs• Evaluate and select qualified candidates by reviewing compensation expectations, education, and skills required for job opening• Conduct pre-screen interviews with qualified external candidates sourced through leading recruiting tools such as RecruitiFi, the company's ATS, Taleo and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter• Schedule and coordinate interviews for qualified external candidates for open opportunities• Prepare candidates for interviews by presenting the candidates with MBFS' expectations for the position, as well as any additional pertinent information including attire and how to properly prepare for interview • Create and facilitate the extension of salary offers, including the processing of background checks

• Provided administration support for HR activities and programs; answered and resolved employee questions about human resources policies and procedures• Facilitated full life cycle of new hire onboarding process• Created new employee files, including the processing of all termination files; maintained contents of file room and ensured compliance with Form I-9s• Facilitated new hire orientation to review benefits, company policies and payroll processes • Administered, compiled and processed new hire pre-enrollment documents• Administration of HR conference room reservations, HR team calendar and conference lines• Planned and organized building events such as quarterly blood drives, service anniversary luncheons and vendor fairs
