WHUT is the only PBS affiliate owned and operated by an HBCU, Howard University. Keisha is responsible for mobilizing the mission and content of WHUT by delivering educational and entertaining opportunities to engage the community. Uses Ready to learn and PBS Kids assets to lead the station’s efforts to engage communities through events and programs that build literacy and STEAM-based skills.
