I had special responsibility for coordinating the national responses to the Universal Periodic Report on Human Rights and supported the national team in Geneva Switzerland in the delivery of the 2010 National Periodic Report on Human Rights. In addition, I had direct desk responsibility for the co development of the Caribbean Basin Security Initiative (CBSI) funded by the United States Government under the patronage of President Barrack Obama, and in partnership with regional stakeholders, supported crime reduction and risk reduction amongst vulnerable populations in the Caribbean.
