With over 10 years of work experience in the human services field, I am passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities and enhancing their quality of life. As a PAS Coordinator at Easterseals, I manage a team of personal care assistants who provide in-home support to participants who have (LTSS)) Long Term Services and Supports. I am responsible for onboarding, training, and coaching the employees, as well as ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations and preventing fraud, abuse and neglect. Previously, I was an Employment Training Specialist at DE DOL, where I helped job seekers who were restructured, find and retain competitive employment through training and development. I also worked as a Residential Manager at Chimes, where I supervised the daily operations of a home for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. I have strong skills in recruiting, coaching, fraud prevention, and behavioral sciences, which I acquired through my education and experience. I have obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Sciences at Wilmington University, which has further enhanced my knowledge and competencies in this field. I am motivated and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team.
