With a multi-disciplinary background in Law, Economics, Project Management and Procurement, Keisha-Ann has been assisting a range of stakeholders with various issues, including law firms and legal professionals. As such Keisha-Ann has developed a track record in offering independent legal process outsourcing for key tasks generally undertaken in-house by law firms, who may not have the time or subject matter expertise in-house. As such being in a position to offer services, such as document review, opinions, litigation support, legal research and data analysis. As an experienced Trade Remedy Practitioner, Keisha-Ann welcomes the opportunity to work on Issues in International Trade Law, particularly WTO issues and those relating to Regional Trade Agreements, drawing on ( and adding to) the knowledge and skills gained over the years both academically and professionally.Also being involved in operating a Customs Brokerage and Logistics company, Keisha-Ann possesses a range of practical knowledge of the impact of trade rules as well as on navigating these rules, in particular domestic requirements, such as permits, documentation, and more importantly classification issues. Keisha has assisted with capacity building efforts both at home and aboard, in relation to WTO Trade Remedies and other 'rules' generally, designing and administering training programmes for legal professionals, businesses, schools, NGOs and government officials, both locally and regionally (CARICOM). These efforts were supplemented by the preparation of special publications and papers on a range of issues, to assist businesses and the public sector in negotiations, as well as the wider public.
