Hey there,I am Keishien. I am passionate about understanding how marketing helps companies reach their target audience. Because of that, I am in awe of psychology and understanding what motivates consumers and the psyche behind their behaviours. I worked as an administrative assistant for a logistics company, for slightly over a year and I learnt so much about people and management. During my time there, I improved my soft skills and have become a more efficient communicator. Currently, I'm working as a management trainee in a total logistics firm. I have gotten a taste of Administration, Marketing, Operations, HR, Procurement, Customer Service, Safety & Risk Management, Strategy & Planning, CSR and even Legal & Compliance. One of my core philosophies is to embrace emotional intelligence in my decision-making processes and communications. I sincerely believe that you can be kind and successful. Empathy, collaboration and relationship-building is at the core of what I bring and believe. In my free time, I enjoy taking my best bud, Sunshine, for long walks. I love playing and watching sports.
