• Study, develop and propose the IP Aggregation technology strategy, masterplan and guideline documents by analyzing technology developments, market trends, economic viability and standards development worldwide.• Develop and produce IP Aggregation architecture and design to ensure optimal network deployment in delivering TM’s services in an efficient, resilient and cost-effective manner. • Lead and formulate network migration strategy and masterplan for TM’s legacy IP Aggregation by recommending suitable technology substitution and devise proper exit plan for respective legacy networks• Provide consultation and strategic advice for all matters related to IP Aggregation technology• Ensure the implementation of the IP Aggregation technology is in line with the strategies, master plans and guidelines, with the emphasis of achieving the most cost-effective solution• Propose and recommend management on new contract for IP Aggregation deployment

• Lead and perform technical investigation, root cause analysis and resolution of complex and prolonged problems upon escalation from Level 2 fault management.• Manage, mitigate and prevent network trunk congestion by providing effective permanent and long-term solutions or improvement.• Lead and attend migration activities on Metro-E & AGG Network and its interconnecting network. To prepare analysis and scripts for migration activity if necessary.• Liaise, coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams, if necessary, on the implementation of new solutions, new designs and new platforms.• Provide technical advice, training, awareness and guidance on specific technical issues related to Metro-E Network & AGG Network• Attend and contribute in joint troubleshooting, line-up, crisis and pre-crisis meetings• MOP Review Sitting (MRS) member, responsible for reviewing Metro-E Migration Operation Protocol (MOP) which require significant changes in network.• Subject Matter Expert (SME) for development of system related to Metro-E & AGG Network such as Impact Analysis and Network Automation.• Review and approve internal RFC, serving as CAB for Metro-E & AGG Network.• Join lab testing session and lead if needed on testing on network solutions.• Leading projects on network improvement to ensure high network availability

• IP Network Technical Assurance Centre (TAC), perform troubleshooting for routing and performance related cases such as packet loss, high latency and slow browsing.• Respond and act on the request or escalation by Level 1, Customer Service, Management or Manager on Duty (MOD)• Perform urgent fault maintenance activities such as card replacement and low fibre reading troubleshooting. • First level traffic analysis and congestion mitigation caused by fault or migration activities.• Asses customer impact of migration or maintenance activities on network operation.• Create, update, resolve and close incident ticket accordingly and ensure integrity and accuracy of data• Lead or contribute in joint troubleshooting or line-up and Pre-crisis meetings• Secondary shift lead, responsible for handover report and meetings.• Produce Reason For Outage (RFO) report if required by case basis• Work 24/7 based on 12 hours shift rotations

• Alarm monitoring of Metro-E Network and via respective NMS systems • Handling and escalating within 15 mins of alarm trigger of Metro-E Network elements and liaise with relevant department if necessary• Ensure fault restoration of any element of Metro-E Network is carried out accordingly and efficiently in order to meet MTTR<3hrs.• Manage and provide second level diagnostic and technical troubleshooting support services for Metro-E Networks.• Manage technical assistant during shift hours to ensure smooth network operations.• Analyze and produce an incident report on Metro-E Network fault as and when required• Work 24/7 based on 12 hours shift rotations
