Or be there when you need an HR sparring partner in any situation⭐️It all began 11 years ago, when I got my very first taste of HR. I currently work for one of the biggest IT and Telecommunications company in Estonia.I'm a part of Elisa's HR management team. My main goal is leading talent team, taking care of the recruitment process, strategy and employer branding.I’m giving my best to keep my team members sparkling, motivated and happy.Next to it, I’m working closely with executive managers giving them daily HR guidance and cooperating with marketing in employer branding activities.I’m driven by empowerment, innovation, flexibility, fast-moving companies, all the cool projects, my great team, HR and sometimes even the excel tables 🫣.I like to call myself a chameleon, who’s an open-minded outside-of-the-📦 thinker. As cliche as it sounds - there’s a solution to everything. Tricky situations, problem solving and challenges keep me going. When I step out of my HR world, I enjoy what the outdoors is offering.
