I believe Wine business is a hospitality business.I am happy to work in wine industry because I love the peoples around wine.My previous privileged experience has allowed me to now find it rewarding to develop people and build teams.My 30 years experience in wine business consist of 1/3 sales, 1/3 marketing & promotion, 1/3 management. Most of time work for fine wine importers in Japan but also for wine producers abroad as a sales manager or brand ambassador.With great respect to the tradition and classic, I love to discover , to try something different, to find something new, which I believe entertain my life. Excellent interpreter both language and culture.And, now I am trying to be an great interpreter between potential of team and their goal.
