As a Community College of the Air Force General academic Advisor, the main focus is to assist and counsel Air force personnel at Aviano AB and the geographically separated and deployed units on needed requirements to complete their CCAF degree. Advisors must maintain a working knowledge of the Advisor Handbook, edit and publish a newsletter six times per calendar year, and advise students on how to send/order CCAF and civilian college transcripts. Test Administrator for The Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, Career Development Courses, Air Force Reading Assessment, Defense Language Proficiency Test. Provide Weekly Tuition Assistance briefings and The Wyvern Welcome/Newcomers Orientation.

Responsible for inventory management and displaying products in the DECA commissary. Check for correct pricing, rotation of stock and spoilage. Supervised three personnel.

The manager responsible for Sporting Goods, Power Zone home electronics, and the Bookstore. Duties included opening and closing of the Main Store, checking registers and managing more than 500K in goods and merchandise. Supervised 14 personnel.

Ensured timely replenishment of merchandise within the PowerZone sales area. Coordinated inventory levels, compiled and maintained statistics as required. Minimized outages of merchandise and identified excess merchandise. Actively communicated/promoted the benefits of the in-store credit card program to customers to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.

MWD Kennel master exercises direct supervision over unit MWD program and evaluates all aspects of training. Coordinates Secret service and State Department and Presidential support missions. The primary narcotics and explosive training aid custodian, and facilitates Air force certification requirements for explosive and narcotic detector dog teams. Evaluates threats to resources and assists in preparing operating procedures and instructions integrating MWD's to the best security advantage. Training, Quality Control, Law enforcement manager. Presidential Support, Force Protection. Section Leader, Quality Control: Evaluates and standardizes law enforcement procedures and develops evaluations and exercise scenarios. Evaluates Security Forces personnel to determine job knowledge and adherence to standard procedures. Develops trend analysis to assist in determining new training requirements; recommends training plan changes and quality control improvements. Inspected Security Forces work centers to ensure compliance with existing requirements and directives.Section Leader, Security forces Training: Supervised five personnel responsible for researching regulations, plans and operating procedures covering all duty positions. Prepared and reviewed lesson plans, job performance task checklists, written and oral examinations for all duty positions.
