About Keith A Dines

With over 35 years experience in real estate development, design and construction, Mr. Dines is a seasoned professional. He is a recognized expert on data centers and other mission critical facilities. Throughout his career, he has held senior positions at real estate development companies, and most recently with industry leading data center developers. During his years as a consultant Mr. Dines advised corporate real estate and IT executives, VC's and real estate developers. His clients included Oracle, Charles Schwab, GI Partners, Oak Hill Partners, The Carlyle Group, SoftLayer, Adobe, PolyCom, Expedia, and ViaWest. Mr. Dines added a law degree to his academic accomplishments in 1996. With an MBA, a BA in Architecture and a BS in Building Science, he was already a successful construction management consultant yet he saw the enormous benefit his broadened education would offer clients.Specialties: Data Center Development; including financial analysis, risk assessment, capital budgeting, programming, site selection, building evaluation, construction management, start-up and commissioning.
