With twenty years experience in IT and financial services I am a self-motivated and driven leader with a keen focus on culture and values within the business driving strong business performance.I am looking for a new senior leadership role where I can use my expertise and vision to create value and impact.Key Achievements:- Accountable for over 200 FTE (onshore and offshore) during a time of significant restructuring delivering improved customer and colleague satisfaction.- Delivered a new offshore delivery centre in India with 32 additional FTE reducing costs by c.£1m per annum through the removal of contractors.- Created a new service delivery structure by outsourcing key services, reducing management layers, and delivering a digital transformation program to increase profitability by £3m per annum. - Delivered a strategic operating model review for a tier one bank which included building a financial model for delivery of a new innovative mortgage software platform securing approval for £114m of investment.- Secured £10m of capital investment to deliver a new strategic vision across multiple businesses over five years divesting no longer profitable products and investing savings in new cloud SAAS solutions.- Created a finance and risk function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, procurement, governance, and payments to collect over £4m of revenue per annum.- Led a complex £350k IT project including tendering and selection of third-party partners to deliver a new CRM solution & website (www.nhqb.org.uk) on schedule and within approved budget. - Completed a strategic review of the UK Life Transformation Office and its suitability to deliver a c.£150m change portfolio (current state, target state and roadmap) including the delivery of a new Resource Management process and change delivery model.- Advised boards on the implementation of digital transformation projects (c.£1m to £125m) across Financial Services, Education, Housing Regulation and Agriculture.
