Scope includes:- OSBL between new H2, ASU, Cogen, Carbon Capture & NH3 units and the existing Complex.- Modifications to existing fired equipment to utilize the clean H2 fuel source at site.- Storm Water improvements to accommodate the new Blue H2 Venture.- Enabling Works for the Venture to include Heavy Haul Road, Docks, Parking, Security Fencing, etc.Engineering Manager assigned to Phase 4 of a Large Greenfield Project for a confidential product line.

-Effectively manage scope, cost, and schedule to meet LYB project and business objectives.-Manage estimate development and obtain funding authorization for each project phase.-Engage procurement to ensure that only LYB approved vendors are included in proposals.-Drive engineering team for timely completion of deliverables to meet tight construction deadlines.-Expedite vendors to support engineering IFC packages and equipment on site dates for construction.-PO authorization of all materials, fabrication, engineering and construction services.-Capital Projects Representative for alignment with Operations, Maintenance and Turnaround Mgr.-Resolve construction issues to minimize impacts while maintaining all project and business objectives.-Responsible for accurate reporting of scope, cost and schedule of all projects.

Key assignments:ExxonMobil - BCEP OSBL Project, Baytown, TX, Jun 2019 – Jun 2020:This project consisted of OSBL scope for a major olefins expansion project including a new tank farm, clarifier unit, substation, marine and rail loading spots, pumps and interconnecting piping, steel and I/E. Manage engineering disciplines in key reviews with Exxon to expedite IFC deliverables and equipment purchases to support the construction schedule. Manage the Mumbai Engineering Support Team for on time, quality IFC deliverables. Mentoring and performance evaluation of 35 Project Engineers.Other Key Assignments Include:a. Limetree Refinery Restart Project, St Croix USVI, Sep 2017 – Jun 2019Engineering management of the Worley Reinstate Team located at Houston and St Croix, USVI.b. Simultaneously assigned to safety critical and higher profile projects at the site including:a. BP Refinery / Chemical, AU2 / PX3 Asset Integration Project, Texas City, Texas, Jul 2002 – Jul 2004This expansion project had unique challenges because it consisted of two separate subprojects with different operations, maintenance, engineering, and construction resources for each unit, but both had to be engineered and constructed concurrently to achieve the 20% increase in finished product at PX3. Responsibilities included project management leadership to both AU2 and PX3 teams during FEED with primary focus shifting to AU2 during Phase 4 & 5. Received BP management recognition and appreciation of outstanding contribution to the successful completion of this project and the AU2 turnaround.b. BP Refinery, Butane Splitter Column Emergency CUI Repair, Texas City, TX, Mar-Jul, 2002Project scope involved the emergency repair to the Alky2 Butane Splitter Column located at BP Texas City Refinery. BP inspection discovered severe corrosion under insulation of the Butane Splitter Column. An automated weld overlay repair was presented and recommended to BP. Keith expedited the engineering team to prepare IFC packages and managed the construction contractors to ensure repairs were done per design packages. Keith received personal praise form BP London Executives for his PM efforts on this highly successful and critical repair.
