Responsible to ensure Title V Permit Compliance including all air emissions sources within the NASA SSC and NASA NCCIPS operations at the John C Stennis Space Center.Prepare air permit applications including Title V, permit modifications, and 502(b)(10) request in a timely manner in accordance with the regulatory requirements to meet NASA operational changes and ensure mission support.Calculate air emissions in accordance with established guidelines.Evaluate and track all emissions points relative to permit compliance.Coordinate with various resources necessary to collect and maintain accurate data on the SSC air emissions.Prepare and submit air compliance reports, emissions inventory, fee reports to NASA Environmental for review, and submit to regulatory agencies.Oversee and coordinate the Ozone Depleting Substances Program to ensure compliance, and review plans, as well as monitoring and reporting emission losses.Serve as primary program interface and ensure prompt communication regarding emissions monitoring compliance, and regulatory changes associated with the Air Compliance Program.Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of appropriate laws, regulations and policies.Prepare and maintain plans and procedures necessary to internally regulate activities that require compliance with air permits.Instruct personnel, tenants, and subcontractors of the requirements for data collection and permit compliance.Review projects for potential air concerns and impacts to SSC NASA air permit.Support to Design Reviews and Construction ProjectsCoordination of NASA Events related to Environmental operationsSupport to NEPA programManage Underground Storage Tank program and ensure compliance with applicable regulations
