From an introvert computer repair guy to a Business Management Debug Specialist and Management Trainer. That's right, I was working on computer circuits problems, and quite an introvert. After taking a communications course, I was made aware that communicating with people instead of circuits gave me greater personal satisfaction and happiness. It was so profound, that today I teach this course to others. From here I became interested and studied organizational structure and how it like a computer circuit can have problems and block the flow lines of the business. Further studies showed me how understanding the structure of a business one can learn to debug the business flow lines. I set out to help business owners achieve this and have found this so much more rewarding than working with inanimate circuits. People at least smile and thank you for your help.
