I am a dynamic & multifaceted leader with a passion for fueling customer success by managing technical resources & teams to drive growth. I have a strong foundation in technology integration and customer support in addition to team leadership & training, technical project management, resource management, & more.Throughout my career, I’ve had the pleasure of serving in numerous key roles including (but not limited to) Sr. Technical Support Engineer, Sr. Customer Support Engineer, and most recently, Senior Consultant at Metaswitch (which is now Microsoft). Previously, I served in the US Marine Corps and Air Force, where I had the privilege of working alongside some of the bravest men and women in the business. At my core is the passion to work in a team framework to investigate, architect, and deliver bespoke solutions that match the needs of the businesses and customers I support. I’m also comfortable acting as an SME in the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud-based telecommunications networks.
