Responsible for projecting and working with central dispatch on all the movement of freight in all lanes out of Memphis on the HUB cycle as well as ensuring all freight from satelite centers makes it to the HUB even if we have to backhaul from the HUB to get it. Responsible to utilize HUB drivers to cover any extra trailers by the most economical means and still meeting driver bidding procedures and departure goals.
